At The Happy Wigwam Company we specialise in making dreams come true.
We create a unique indoor glamping experience for girls and boys age 5-13 by transforming your home into a magical, starry campsite.
We also have a package tailored to suit teens and even older girls! This can be hired for hen nights or for a great night in with the girls - just add fizz!
Our cute little handmade wigwams, quality bed linen, gorgeous twinkly lights and themed accessories set the stage for an awesome sleepover and an unforgettable party.
We will arrive to set up on the day of your child's party and return the next morning to pack it all away again, removing all the stress and hassle allowing you to relax and let the little partygoers enjoy their adventure in camp. A dream come true for everyone!

To book a party, please firstly contact us to check availability. You can then simply select 'booking form' from the menu and complete the form. To secure a booking a deposit of just £20 is all that is required. Payments must currently made by BACS transfer. Payment details, along with out terms and conditions of hire can be found by clicking 'learn more' below. Once we have received your booking form and payment we will contact you by email to confirm your booking and make arrangements for the day. Should you experience any difficulties submitting a booking form or making a payment, please just let us know. Please note, we will not hold dates without a booking form and deposit.

We are fully insured and our wigwams are CE Marked in accordance with EU regulations. We would ask that all children are supervised by an adult around the camp site and would not recommend that children under 5 sleep in the wigwams. Some of the camp equipment and decorations contain small parts and are not suitable for use by children under 3. Please ensure very young or children with special needs are fully supervised at all times around the camp site. There must be an adult over 18 present in the property when we set the equipment up and we would politely ask that children are kept away from the camp during set up and clear up times. Strictly NO candles or naked flames should be used near any of the equipment. All of our lamps and lights are battery powered. No pets should be permitted on the bedding and must kept away from the equipment. We must insist that the equipment is only used in a smoke free environment.

This pretty pink set up is available for wedding hire as the perfect place for your special little guests to relax. Ideal for sleepy little flower girls, page boys and young guests after a long day of fun. We can also provide bespoke packages to tie in beautifully with your wedding flowers or decor. Packages will be priced accordingly.


How much space do I need?

Each wigwam set up with mattress is 160cm long and approximately 85cm wide.  If the table is set up in front the space needed is 2m.  
Various configurations can be set up to maximise the space. Tables can be placed over or on the beds if space does not permit them to be set up in front.
Please ensure you measure your space accurately before booking.

What ages are the sleepover parties suitable for?

Our parties appeal to children within the age range of 5-13.  We would ask that any children under 8 are supervised by an adult if sleeping in the wigwams.

Are the wigwams only for sleepover party use?

Absolutely not.  You can hire our wigwams to use as a cool space for a movie afternoon, or a chillout zone, or even just as an afternoon pretend sleepover party.  When something looks this fabulous, you want to stay awake!

Are your wigwams suitable for outdoor use.

No.  Unfortunately our wigwams are not waterproof and are not suitable for outdoor use. We may have outdoor wigwams for hire in the future though.

How is your bed linen cleaned?

All of our bedding is cleaned after each use using non biological washing detergent and anti bacterial cleanser.  The equipment is also cleaned with anti bacterial cleanser.
Our cups, bottles and dispensers are all sterilised before use too.

Additional Wigwams over 4 - £25 each

Strictly one child per wigwam only.

Booking and deposit:

To secure a booking a booking form must be completed and we require a £20 deposit. The balance of the full payment is due 7 days prior to the party date. We also require a security deposit of £30 to cover the cost of any damages that may occur. This will be refunded in full upon collection of the equipment providing everything is in the same order as it was delivered.
Any deductions will be discussed and mutually agreed at the collection time.
Payments must be made by bacs transfer.


In the event you need to cancel your party, we will firstly try to find a suitable alternative date for you. Should this not be possible, we will refund you as follows:

2 weeks notice - full refund of deposit.
1-2 weeks notice - 50% of deposit
Less than 7 days notice - no refund will be made.
